The fashion shows we have been involved in up until now have been associated and supported by recognised by UK charities such as the British Heart Foundation, Help the Heroes, Macmillan and many more. Ka-viva itself has supported Bedfordshire Cancer UK and appeared on their magazine. This project was in aid of those females in India who have been abandoned at birth for the simple reason they are not male. This is the very first Indian charity Ka-viva has supported something that strikes a cord given we are of Indian descent. The wonderful showcase of stars was truly amazing and we felt the organisers raised money for a really noble and worthy cause. We would wish to credit Anita Sandhu who is the event organiser and and who feels passionately driven about the subject. We were also blessed to have had our own special guest and leading Lady, Angelina Kali who was Miss Supranational 2016. She leads the way in not only being a standout model with accolades to her name but also someone who inspires others with her show case at red carpet and a mixture of leading events. We are proud to have her on board as a Ka-viva ambassador. We were also flanked by the inspiring Venera Tabakin who is the designer of red carpet gowns of her own fashion brand and the ever inventive Daniela Costin.
We also had the opportunity to re-connect with our brand’s music collaborator the genius that is Amrit Saab who performed at this wonderful event to an excited audience. We also had the opportunity to meet with the truly inspiring Lehmber Hussainpuri. A musical legend in Bollywood and also of Punjabi descent who we found to be both humble and extremely gracious. We feel truly blessed to be able to personally gift him the first of our soon to be launched Ka-viva Man range of cufflinks curated for the discerning male with a keen eye for detail and a need for style.
